Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
All items are priced with the necessary GST included.For purchases outside of New Zealand, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
What is the clothing sizing like?
For accurate sizing, we recommend visiting our stocked brands website. We will do our best to assist you with this if you are unable to find a size guide online, just contact us!
If I pre order an item and also order an in stock item in my order, when will it be shipped?
The entire order will be shipped once the pre order item arrives in stock. Please place a separate order if you require in stock items sooner.
What happens if I entered an incorrect address?
Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the address.Replacement orders will be charged accordingly with additional postage fees.
Please triple check your address is entered correctly.
Can I add something to an existing order to combine postage?
We can’t make any guarantees but we can try our best to assist, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply
Does my order have shipping insurance?
The Little Squire does not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping amount that is paid for postage fees at check out. It is the buyer’s responsibility to organise shipping insurance. In some instances a claim may be able to be submitted through the third party shipping agent, in this instance, we will provide you with the necessary information to start the claim process.
What currency are your prices in?
All products are listed in New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
What payment options to you offer?
We offer credit card payment and PayPal. AfterPay will be available in due course.
Where are you based?
We are based in the North Island of New Zealand.
Do you have a store that I can click and collect from?
No, our store is online only at this time.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 business days. During busier periods, the dispatch turnaround time may take longer.
